Okay, a couple of comments about this photo...

• I take great pride in that an athlete from @gustavusadolphuscollege was featured in The Minnesota Daily (the UM student newspaper) on the day of publication (and not a Golden Gopher!).

• The headband is a torn towel folded once and secured in back.

• I’m wearing wool socks, something passed down from my old man.

• And most importantly, I not only won this point, but Cruz’s outburst had less to do with my locks, and more that the match was much closer than the score indicates.

• Oh, and the hair is au naturel.
